--Copyright of websites is difficult, i.e. how can you copyright photos of the beautiful sceneries on Magnetic Island? As far as this website goes, you are encouraged to copy as many photos as you like, provided you don't use them for commercial gains.
All photos on this website are original "snapshots", taken by me or an Island Operator and not by professional photographers, using models, special lighting and/or "Photoshop". All photos are a true representation of how the Island (businesses) look(s).
Also there are no "copied photos" on this website. However if one slipped through and someone objects to see "their" photo on this website, I will remove it. .... Back to Welcome Page ....

This website is the third major redesign since 1998, when Magnetic Magic Pty Ltd ("poor old me") first decided to promote Magnetic Island on the Internet.
Sofar I have spent more than 3000 hours ("pulling out 1000s of my hairs"), trillions of brain cells and 1000s of real dollars on research, design and building of this original website, hence our strong objections to copying any parts of it, except of course the photos.
