Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations
Bookings can only be guaranteed with Credit Card details (VISA or MasterCard) for a 25% deposit into the Trust Account of Magnetic Magic Pty Ltd. The 75% remainder is due 14 days days prior to arrival date (30 days in high season). We will not charge the remainder untill your arrival, although we reserve the right to do so - within the 14 or 30 day period - without your signature.

Moneys held for bookings cancelled before the 14 (or 30) day period or effected by Cyclones (warnings) will be refunded minus a $44 administration fee. Moneys for bookings cancelled within this period or for no-shows or shortened stays will not be refunded, unless and until the premises are re-let for the amount owed. A $44 administration fee will be deducted from this refund. Travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations is recommended.

The above Policy is based on recommendations by ARAMA (Australian Resident Accommodation Managers' Association Inc). Check with Magnetic Magic Pty Ltd (an ARAMA member), if in doubt about anything. Magnetic Magic Pty Ltd will NOT accept any responsibility for any losses or costs resulting from anyone's (different) use or (mis)interpretation of this Policy.
